Thank you for your inquiry into Drive Tek’s Youth Driver Education Program. 

Ballard High School students you must register with the Ballard High School Office. Classes will be scheduled during the school year and summer.  

All of the scheduled classes are state certified and include 30 hours of classroom instruction, with 4 hours of instruction covering alcohol and drug abuse as it relates to the driving task and 6 hours of actual on-street driving.

The cost of the course is $335.  $100 registration fee is due with your registration. Full payment is due at the 1st class.

West Des Moines Locations are University of Phoenix and Upper Iowa University:

– 6600 Westown Parkway West Des Moines.  The University of Phoenix is located in the Strategic America Building  which is located near the new Methodist West Hospital. Drive Tek continues to offer classes at our other locations in the greater Des Moines Area.  FEES ARE $325.00.  

The student’s driving schedule will be arranged with their instructor at the first class session.  Driving times will occur at various times to accommodate the needs of the students.

Sioux Center Registration Form (Printable Form)

Saydel Community School District and Drive Tek LLC have entered into an agreement for Drive Tek to provide driver education to the students of the Saydel High School.

Drive Tek will be offering classes at Saydel High School. There will be a class in March 2010 and two classes offered in the summer of 2010.

The student’s driving schedule will be arranged with their instructor at the first class session.  Driving times will occur at various times to accommodate the availability of the instructor and the needs of the students. Driving will extend beyond the final classroom date.

All of the scheduled classes are state certified and include a minimum 30 hours of classroom instruction, with 4 hours of instruction covering alcohol and drug abuse as it relates to the driving task and 6 hours of actual on-street driving.

Please complete the registration form and turn it in to the Saydel High School office. Do not register on line.

You will receive a confirmation letter, giving you specific details about the class approximately 2 weeks before the class begins.
