Schedule | Driver Education Registration Form

All of the scheduled classes are state certified and include 32 hours of classroom instruction, with 4 hours of instruction covering alcohol and drug abuse as it relates to the driving task and 6 hours of actual on-street driving.

The cost of the course is $350. $100.00 registration fee is due with your registration. The remainder of the cost can be broken into 2 easy payments due at the first class period and the 5th class period. The registration fee is refundable if your student cannot be placed due to limited class size.

Payment of tuition is not and will not be contingent upon your child passing the prescribed course of instruction.

Please complete the registration form indicating your class preference and return it along with your registration fee. It is important that your registration is received at least two weeks prior to the beginning of class.

As a private enterprise, Drive Tek's mission is to benefit the student. Drive Tek strives to establish positive relationships with the student and to accommodate their needs and schedules as much as possible.

SESSION	DATES	CLASSROOM TIMES


Student's driving schedule will be set up at the first class. Students will be driving during the day and possibly on the weekend outside of the scheduled classroom time.

All driving instruction time will be arranged with your instructor at the first class session. Driving times will occur after school and possibly on Saturdays and Sundays. Iowa law requires 30 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of behind the wheel instruction.
